The trainingplan for new students in Traditional Jiu Jitsu:
Thursdays 16:00 - 17:00: NEW CHILDREN - "PANDA" (3 to 6 years)
Thursdays 17:00 - 18:00: NEW CHILDREN - "TIGER" (7 to 12 years)
Mondays and thursdays 19:30 - 21:00: NEW YOUTH (13 to 15 years)
Mondays and thursdays 19:30 - 21:00: NEW ADULTS (from 16 years)

The trainingplan for new students in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu:
Tuesdays 18:00 - 19:30: NEW ADULTS (from 16 years) - BJJ Basic
Wednesdays 18:00 - 19:30: NEW ADULTS (from 16 years) - Subm. Wr. Basic
Fridays 18:00 - 19:30: NEW ADULTS (from 16 years) - BJJ Basic

If you find out that you want to quit during the first three trainings, you don't need to pay.
This only applies to new members.

All AJJK members must register in our membership database, and must also use an agreement-giro. You're welcome to register in our system at this time by following the link "Become a member" in the article below. To be allowed training further, our members must deliver us the contract of the agreement-giro latest at the fourth training.

Arendal Jiu Jitsu club is registered in the Voluntary Register, and when you play at Norsk Tipping you are able to support this club. One of the following methods can be used:

SMS:

Commissioner:
Print this document and bring it with you to the commissioner. Or the commissioner can simply look it up on the terminal in the store.

Internet:
Enter the web-site www.norsk-tipping.no. Choose Grasrotandelen in the top menu, and then choose Søk grasrotmottaker in the menuline below. Look up Arendal Jiu Jitsu, and klick Tilknytt nå. You will need a card and cardreader to perform this operation.
