Everyone are welcome to give suggestions to the board. The board have to consider all signed suggestions, leader of the board may handle the sugestion alone if the suggestion is not signed, and if he/she finds that it is necessary the board will discuss the suggestion at a boardmeeting.

There are many ways to get in contact with the board. You can email the board (see Contacts), you can talk to one of the boards members or you can talk to the instructor and ask he/she to help you.
